Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig on the 21st of September, 1983 in Worthington Ohio, USA is an American actor. She is famous for her roles as Shannon Rutherford and Kim Mills respectively on ABC's Lost television series. She was born in Worthington, Ohio and dropped out of high school after her parents divorced to go to Los Angeles to live with her mother. The year 2001 was a difficult one for her, but despite financial struggles, she was able get her first significant role in the online video show Rachel's Room playing the principal character. Her performance as Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. movie Murder In Greenwich in 2002, earned her nominations for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the character Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons of 2004 as well as sharing a Screen Actors Guild Award (with the rest of the cast) alongside her. Grace was keen to pursue film after starring opposite Tom Welling's character, The Fog, in 2005. She starred as a character in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in 2007 and Taken (2008) opposite Liam Neeson. She reprised the role in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the leading role in Alice in Malice in Wonderland a modern adaptation of Lewis Carroll's book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace reprised her role as Shannon in Lost in the series, which included the conclusion. In 2013, she was in the six-season of Californication. She plays Faith who's both a star-gazer and groupie. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She is part of the Gyllenhaal family and is the older sister of Jake Gyllenhaal. She began her career in the teen years with minor roles in several of the films of her father and starred together with her brother in famous cult classic Donnie Darko (2001). Then she appeared as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (both 2002) and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received critical acclaim for both her performances as a lead character of Secretary (2002) as well as in Sherrybaby (2006), which is an erotic romantic drama and Sherrybaby (2006). In 2006, she received a nomination from her fellow actors for the Golden Globe Award. In the wake of several successful commercial films including World Trade Center in 2006 her fame grew when she played Rachel Dawes (the superhero) in The Dark Knight (2007). The role she played in Crazy Heart as a mother who is a single parent was nominated to the Academy Award Best Supporting Actress. After that, she went on to appear in comedy films and dramas like Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011), and The Won't Back Down (12). Other roles are as an agent for The Secret Service in White House Down 2013, as a vocalist in Frank 2014 and as a singer in The Kindergarten Teacher 2018, where she is the lead role. In 2021, Gyllenhaal was able to make her writing and directing debut with the psychological drama The Lost Daughter for which she received The Lost Daughter the Venice International Film Festival's Best Screenplay Award and was nominated to win the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
